(CNSX: OEE / Frankfurt: O3X) Further to the news release on March 13, 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that John Morita was appointed as chief financial officer effective immediately. Mr. Morita has over 37 years as a professional accountant and is a member of the CGA Association of British Columbia. He has provided over 17 years of consulting services to private and public companies, holding a variety of senior positions as Director, VP of Finance, CFO and Corporate Secretary with various public companies. Mr. Morita is the president and CEO of North American Mortgage Corporation, his private financial services corporation, providing financial and management consulting services to public and private corporations. Mr. Morita will replace Tian Ma, who has resigned as interim chief financial officer and remains with the Company as Controller. ONA Energy Inc.
