| As contemplated in the Notice of Meeting, the Information Circular and other material mailed to all registered shareholders of record of Ona Energy Inc. (the "Company") for the Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2009, the shareholders at that meeting approved a Special Resolution to consolidate the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Effective Thursday, July 16, 2009, the Company will consolidate its issued and outstanding common shares, each five (5) shares being consolidated into one (1) share and change its name to ONA POWER CORPORATION. The shares of the Company will be called for trading under its new name on the Canadian National Stock Exchange on the consolidated basis on July 16, 2009 under the trading symbol OPO.
