| Vancouver, British Columbia, July 30, 2009: ONA POWER CORP. (CNSX: OPO / Frankfurt: O3X) is pleased to announce that Mahmoud Aziz, Lucky Janda and Thomas Kennedy joined the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Aziz is President and CEO of Sino Pharmaceuticals Corporation and SinoPharm Inc. In addition, he is the founder and Chairman of The Fazio Group of Companies. With headquarters in Hong Kong, The Fazio Group is a well established and diversified multinational organization, comprising 38 companies. As founder of The Fazio Group, Mr. Aziz nurtured and directed the company, from its inception in 1986, into becoming a respected multinational group with offices and operations in 18 countries, covering four continents and employing over 8,800 people worldwide. He has established five successful joint-ventures in China, including construction of the Fazio Group's 73 storey office/residential/commercial plaza in Shenzhen, China. Mr. Aziz is also a founder and Director of the Asia-Pacific CEO's Association of Canada (APCEO). Mr. Janda is a local businessman with over 20 years experience in public companies and real estate development. Previously, he held numerous board positions with public companies as a Director and/or Senior Officer. Mr. Janda holds a bachelor of Economics from the University of British Columbia and holds several positions with community charitable organizations. Mr. Kennedy brings over 20 years of experience as a director and officer of various public companies. He currently is a director and/or officer of several publicly listed companies providing legal, management and financial services. The Company accepts the resignations of Thomas R.
