SANDEEP POONIA
President & CEO, Director

Mr. Sandeep Poonia is the Chairman of (YPPC) Yongxing Power Plant Corporation. Mr. Poonia serves as President of InCana Capital Corp (CNSX), he also serves on the board of ARRIS Resources (CNSX) as Director. Mr. Poonia is a business consultant with more than 15 years experience in business, management, operations, real estate, and finance. Mr. Poonia managed private real estate assets with a value exceeding $500,000,000.00.

Mr. Poonia has very strong International relations including China.



 
LUCKY JANDA
Chairman, Director

Mr. L. Janda is an independent businessman with over 20 years experience in public companies and real estate development. He is also currently officer and director of a publicly listed company.

Mr. Janda holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of British Columbia and holds a several positions with community charitable organizations.



 
ABDUL NURMOHAMED
P.Eng.,- COO, Director

Mr. Nurmohamed's experience include direct and major contribution and responsibility to develop, build, own, and operate a US$2.5 Billion (first IPP in Indonesia) power station from inception to operation. He worked closely with shareholders, Lenders, Lender's Engineer, government ministries and PLN (state owned utility), restructured the same project due to the 1998 currency crisis in Indonesia. He was responsible for the management of O & M contractor as well as working closely with the client (PLN) on all operational matters.

As Regional Director for Central Asia (Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan ) for the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development, he directed and successfully completed the construction and rehabilitation of an integrated utility (Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution) in Tajikistan. This was the first Public Private Partnership project in Tajikistan. Mr. Nurmohamed directed initial development of 100 MW Sanobod hydro project in Tajikistan in close coordination with the World Bank and IFC.

He brings diversified experience in project development, management, planning, design, construction, and operation of power stations and water projects in various countries.



 
NIKOLAS PERRAULT, CFA
Director, Financial Advisor

Mr. Perrault is a Chartered Financial Analyst who spent the first 15 years of his career working as an Investment Executive with some of the Canada's largest financial institutions. His focus has always been on small cap companies. In 2007 he left Scotia Capital to start his own management consulting company providing strategic advice to early stage energy and resource companies. Mr. Perrault is also registered as a Limited Market Dealer in the province of Ontario.



 
MAHMOUD AZIZ
Director

Mr. Aziz is President and CEO of Sino Pharmaceuticals Corporation and SinoPharm Inc.

He was awarded the 2001 China Foreign Expert Award for contribution of his knowledge, expertise, services and long term support and dedication to the Chinese Government.

Mr. Aziz is also a founder and Director of the Asia-Pacific CEO's Association of Canada (APCEO).



 
THOMAS KENNEDY
Treasurer, Director, CFO

Mr. Kennedy has over 20 years of experience as a director and officer of various public companies. He currently is a director and/or officer of several publicly listed companies providing legal, management and financial services.



 
JOHN F. WONG
B.A.Sc., P. Eng., - Director

Mr. Wong is a steam & power plant specialist, with over 30 years of engineering and project management experience related to steam, power process, and industrial power generation.

Mr. Wong was responsible for the development, engineering, design, construction supervision, commissioning and start-up of numerous power generation projects in Canada and abroad, including China. His industry experience includes performing mill energy audits, steam and power balances, power plant major equipment sizing and selection, boiler modifications, pressure vessel design and power piping systems in the pulp & paper, petrochemical and electric power facilities.

Mr. Wong has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of British Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia.
