THOMAS R. TOUGH - B.Sc., P.Eng.,

Mr. Tough is geological consultant with over 40 years experience in prospecting, property evaluation, exploration, development, open-pit and underground mine and mill planning and processing, as operator and project manager. As a consultant he has specialized in underground and surface exploration, reserve estimations, and feasibility studies on precious metal projects and underground gold placer deposits along with the development and/or production of precious, base, industrial minerals, gemstones and oil and gas. His experience encompasses projects in 32 other countries in both the western and eastern hemispheres.

Mr. Tough is currently the President, CEO and Director of ISX Resources Inc., President and Director of Maxtech Ventures and Director of Desert Gold Ventures Inc., all mineral exploration companies.

Mr. Tough has a B.Sc. degree in Geology from University of British Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia

Jean-Pierre De Montigny's career as an investment banker spanned over 25 years. During that period he held various senior positions with major financial firms where he was advising corporations and Board of Directors on financings, financing strategy, mergers and acquisitions as well as divestitures. He has played the senior role in several financings transactions including IPOs on Canadian and international financial markets. Among others, he was President of Desjardins Securities.

He has acted as director of several public companies as well as non profit organizations. He is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Montreal Exchange. He is currently Chairman of D-BOX Technologies (TSX-V: DBO.A).



 
EMILE GAUVREAU - B.A., M.Econ

Mr. Gauvreau has over 35 years of experience in international development, strategic planning, management and corporate governance in Canada, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Between 2003 and 2007, he was the Executive Director for Canada, the Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden on the board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank. He was Vice President for Africa and the Middle East with the Canadian International Development Agency and served as Canadian High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Ambassador to Burma, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Benin and Niger.



 
CURT HUBER

Mr. Huber is financial consultant and adviser to corporations. It is involved in all aspects of public companies for over 20 years. He has held positions of director and / or senior in numerous public companies engaged in mining, oil and technology. He has held positions of President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary General. He played a key role in several projects in research funding in public markets.
